Temperance
A neutral mirror for your drinking. Log a drink in a single tap, set optional daily and weekly limits — or skip them entirely — and watch your patterns take shape on a calendar and in your stats. Temperance records the numbers and limits you set; it never recommends a limit or makes a judgment.
What Temperance does
One-Tap Logging
The most common action is a single tap. Log a standard drink instantly — and add a title, notes, context tags, or price only when you want to, behind an optional details expander.
Optional Limits
Set a per-weekday daily limit and a weekly limit, or switch either one off and just track. Limits are yours to define — nothing is ever recommended for you, and a disabled limit simply disappears.
Calendar View
A month grid colors each day against its own limit: alcohol-free, within limit, or over. Tap any day to see the count and review or edit each drink you logged.
Patterns & Stats
Totals, two clearly-labeled averages, drinking and alcohol-free days, dry streaks, and weekday and time-of-day patterns — across 7, 30, 90 days, or all time.
Spend & Tags
Add an optional price to see what you spend, and tag drinks with your own context labels — social, home, dinner — to understand what's behind the numbers.
