Group your activities into banks. Allocate by absolute hours and minutes, or set a total budget and split it by percentage — Chronos warns you, but never blocks you, when you over-allocate.
Wall-Clock Stopwatch
Track time against any activity with a stopwatch that counts down or up. It's anchored to real time, so it survives backgrounding, pausing, and even the app being killed.
Time Debt
Overrun an allocation and the balance goes negative. Activities deplete independently, and you can keep digging into the red on purpose when a task just needs more time.
Cycles & Rollover
When every activity is used up, the cycle refreshes — automatically or on a prompt. Choose whether leftover surplus and accrued debt carry forward, per activity.
Overage Alerts
Get a local notification the moment an activity runs out, even in the background, plus an in-app alert with a silence control so a long session never sneaks past you.
